Trifilon Revo® is a recycled polymer biocomposite using high quality and consistent post-industrial polypropylene that is reinforced with natural fibres.

Trifilon Revo® is available in different ratios, currently from 10 to 30% fibre-fill. Trifilon delivers granulates that can be used in existing injection moulding machines. Unlike many recycled plastics, Trifilon Revo® can be coloured using standard masterbatch with its plant fibres being visible if desired and can be finished in a number of surface finishes including matte or polished.

Trifilon Revo® uses qualified sources of EU REACH compliant post-industrial PP and natural fibres to produce high-quality biocomposites. Using recycled PP and natural fibres enables huge CO₂savings which contributes positively to the circular economy. Trifilon's sourcing and natural fibre reinforcement process mean consistent performance and more uniform colouring. This makes Trifilon Revo® suitable for a wide range of applications.
