Aquafil Engineering Plastics

Aquafil Technopolymers was set up in December 2000 as a subsidiary of Bonazzi Group to manage its plastic material division.

The company has developed a vast range of PA compounds for moulding and extrusion, marketed with the trademark Aquamid and Econyl. Their catalogue of polyamides offers glass fibres and mineral reinforced grades which can be impact modified and self-extinguishing, personalised to your requirements.

The company has a  production site for the compounding activities located at Arco di Trento and is also in charge of the commercialisation of Nylon 6 base resins that are produced in the two polymerisation plants of the group based in Aquafil Arco di Trento,(Italy) and Julon (Slovenia).
