DuPont™ Crastin® polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) provides exceptional dimensional stability combined with low creep, excellent electrical insulation properties and fantastic surface finishes.

Through modifications, physical and technical, a vast range of grades is available for a variety of applications, including electronics, electrical, industrial, automotive, sporting goods and medical devices.

Crastin® PBT is also available in FDA and EU approved variants suitable for food and cosmetics applications.
